Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited. 222 Gun uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any secondary accounts discovered will be closed without notice and any balance held within them may be forfeited.

You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are being used — whether by you or by someone else — is your responsibility. 222 Gun may request documentary proof of your age at any point during the registration process or during the life of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, 222 Gun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account.

In the event that an account is found to have been opened or used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all gameplay will be voided and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 222 Gun may refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

All financial transactions on 222 Gun are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within your account's payment section.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 222 Gun wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via IBFT may take up to two banking hours to process. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five to thirty minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 222 Gun may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC). This process involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or equivalent identification document. This requirement exists to protect the security of player funds and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Once KYC is approved, it does not need to be repeated unless your personal information changes.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account, unless written approval is obtained from 222 Gun support.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 222 Gun system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In rare cases where a bet is placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price — such as a technical error that causes odds to be displayed incorrectly — 222 Gun reserves the right to void and refund those bets at the price at the time of placement, correcting the error.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or using any systematic or automated method to meet wagering requirements — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 222 Gun and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other point, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using 222 Gun for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity. 222 Gun is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets or exploiting game mechanics in an unintended manner.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any technical glitch, software error or system vulnerability to obtain funds or a gaming advantage that was not legitimately earned.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through 222 Gun support. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the 222 Gun platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, modify or create derivative works from any 222 Gun content without our prior written permission.

222 Gun collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect the personal information needed to operate your account — your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and payment details — and we use this data to process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and communicate with you about your account and our services. 222 Gun reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe that:

• You have breached any of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activities;
• Your identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified;
• We are required to do so by law, a court order, or a competent authority;
• Continuing to operate your account would expose 222 Gun to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and your balance returned. If fraud or serious Terms violations are confirmed, your balance may be forfeited.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 222 Gun support at support@222gun.app. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method once outstanding bets are settled.
